Friday was a very stormy day here in the Bay Area. We had winds up to 65 mph and constant driving rain. Our power was out for all of Friday and half of Saturday. But the biggest and most exciting thing for the kids was when our back fence blew down! Audrey saw it happen and was happy to report to everyone else that it had fallen. On Saturday the waves at the beach were crashing up to the pier and sometimes over it, that means that they were probably 26' +. We stopped and took a video of it so that all of you so far away from the Ocean can see how beautiful it is. Sorry about the shaky camera it was also very windy, you may turn your volume down so that you can't hear the wind so much. What a great way to start out January!

Wow! This is so awesome! I wonder if it's the same Pier we walked on as very young kids. The sound is perfect by the way! Oh, how I remember the ocean....
