A few weeks ago I made a pot of beans with pancetta, carrots, celery, onions, garlic, and beans. Audrey helped me. We added spices and stirred. She was very helpful. The beans were good. I added a little too much salt, but all in all, I would eat them again. Audrey liked it so much that she went into the backyard and made her own soup. It was looking delicious with rosemary, lemon leaves, tanbark, grass, and broken balloon pieces (for carrots). The she added water. What a creative kid. I can't tell you how hers turned out because neither of us was brave enough to taste it. I am sure that someone would have enjoyed it.
